The Croatian National Bank is obliged to keep a register of authorised exchange offices in accordance with Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Foreign Exchange Act (Official Gazette 27/2026).
The Croatian National Bank is obliged to keep a register of programmes certified for authorised exchange office operations in accordance with Article 22, paragraph (2) and Article 50, paragraph (2) of the Foreign Exchange Act.
The entities subject to registration are legal persons and craftsmen that have been granted authorisation by the Croatian National Bank to carry out exchange transactions, or that have received certification for the computer programme used in authorised exchange office operations
