The Croatian National Bank is obliged to keep a register of authorised exchange offices in accordance with Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Foreign Exchange Act (Official Gazette 27/2026).
The Croatian National Bank is obliged to keep a register of programmes certified for authorised exchange office operations in accordance with Article 22, paragraph (2) and Article 50, paragraph (2) of the Foreign Exchange Act.
