The Croatian National Bank Council held its regular session today, chaired by the newly appointed Governor, Dr Boris Vujčić. The Council examined the latest economic and monetary developments, reviewed an analysis of the financial system stability and adopted several decisions on matters falling within its competence.
CNB Council members approved the decisions of the supervisory boards of three banks on new appointments or reappointments to their management boards: Slawomir Roman Konias and Joško Mihić are to be appointed Members of the Management Board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d., Zagreb; Helena Banjad and Zorislav Vidović are to be reappointed, and Slaven Celić appointed, as Members of the Management Board of OTP banka Hrvatska d.d., Zadar; Igor Repin is to be appointed as Member of the Management Board of Volksbank d.d., Zagreb.
Governer Vujčić and Council members thanked the outgoing Vicegovernor Davor Holjevac for his dedicated work and the contribution he has made to preserving the banking system stability and harmonising banking supervision regulations with the EU in the past six years.
