At its today's session, the Council of the Croatian National Bank granted approval to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Great Britain) and to Advent International Corporation (USA) and affiliated undertakings, for indirect acquisition of over 50 percent of the capital of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d., Zagreb.
