At its regular session today, the Croatian National Bank Council examined the latest economic and monetary developments and the latest analysis of the stability of the Croatian financial system.
The CNB Council endorsed the proposals of supervisory boards of three banks regarding new appointments to their management boards: in the Kredit bank d.d., Zagreb, Ante Gašparović is to be appointed the President of the Management Board and Boris Zadro a member of the Management Board, in the Sberbank d.d., Zagreb, Mario Henjak is to be appointed a member of the Management Board and in the Slatinska banka d.d., Angelina Horvat is to be reappointed the President of the Management Board.
At today's session, a decision was adopted to put into circulation 10 and 20 kuna banknotes with the issue date of 9 July 2012. The new banknotes will enter into usage as of 18 March this year. The currently used 10 and 20 kuna banknotes, with the issue date of 7March 2001, and the 10 kuna banknote, with the issue date of 30 May 2004, will continue to be the legal tender.
