At its today's session, the Croatian National Bank Council examined recent economic and monetary developments, a report on international reserve management and financial operations of the central bank in the first half of the year and a quarterly report on banking system condition.
An approval was granted to a group of legal and natural persons whose combined individual holdings account for over 50% of capital in Podravska banka d.d., Koprivnica to act in concert as the owner of over one half of the qualifying holding of the capital of that bank. An approval was also granted to C.I.M. Banque SA from Geneva for the acquisition of over 20% of the capital of Primorska banka d.d., Rijeka.
The CNB Council agreed with the decisions of supervisory boards to appoint Janko Hrnjak as Member of the Management Board of Nava banka d.d., Zagreb, and to extend the term of office of Vesna Ciganek Vuković as Member of the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria and Zdravko Anđel as President of the Management Board of Wüstenrot stambena štedionica d.d., Zagreb.
