At its regular session today, the Croatian National Bank Council examined the latest economic and monetary developments and forecasts, as well as a report on the banking system condition in the first quarter of this year and adopted the updated monetary policy projection for this year and calculable determinants for the following two years.
The company Alternative upravljanje d.o.o., Zagreb, has applied for and today was granted a prior authorisation for the acquisition of over 50% of initial capital of Centar banka d.d., Zagreb.
The CNB Council approved the decision of the Supervisory Board of Centar banka d.d., Zagreb, to appoint Borna Zane as member of the bank's Management Board, as well as approved the decision to extend the term of office of Zoran Košćak as member of the Management Board of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Zagreb, and to extend the term of office of Fernando Zavatarelli as member of the Management Board of Veneto banka d.d., Zagreb.
